Innovation Strategies certifies as an efr entity

Innovation Strategies currently has more than thirty work-life balance measures that respond to the needs and expectations of its professionals.

Innovation Strategies, with offices in Mallorca, Andalusia and Mexico, has obtained the efr Certificate, awarded by the Másfamilia Foundation, a seal that recognises the company's work in promoting measures to promote and contribute to the well-being and work, family and personal balance of the professionals who form part of its team.

Innovation Strategies currently has more than thirty work-life balance measures that respond to the needs and expectations of its professionals and promote work-life balance, diversity, co-responsibility and work flexibility.

As part of the process to obtain this certification, Innovation Strategies has gone through several stages, including strategic planning of measures and benefits for all its employees, implementation, monitoring and measurement. With the internal and external audit, they were able to present the final results and verify that they met all the parameters required by the Efr 1000-2 standard.

Miguel Fernández Díaz, CEO and founder of Innovation Strategies, highlights the relevance of this certification, given that just over 800 companies around the world have it, and reinforces the organisation's commitment to continue working on the improvement and implementation of new work-life balance measures.

For Miguel Fernández Díaz, the current situation caused by COVID is a challenging environment, in which the commitment to organisations, when responding to new needs, becomes even more important. "At Innovation Strategies we have been committed to flexibility and work-life balance for years, which has made it easier for us to adapt almost immediately to this new work scenario", she says.

For her part, Araceli Carretero, People Manager at Innovation Strategies, declares that "the EFR certification positions Innovation Strategies as a benchmark company committed to people, as well as a good employer, thanks to the continuous improvement system required by the company and the EFR model".
