Innovation Strategies, recognised as Best Workplace in Spain

We have been recognised as Best Workplace by Great Place To Work, an international benchmark in top management research and management consultancy, after receiving the Great Place to Work recognition for our employee centricity strategy focused on the well-being of our employees.

Within the ranking of the best companies to work for, Innovation Strategies has obtained the fifteenth position in the category of 'organisations with 50 to 500 employees', making us the only Mallorcan organisation to achieve this.

Additionally, we have been finalists in the special category of 'Better for Business', which recognises companies that inspire their employees to live the vision, mission and values of the company and that excel in business and people management.
